By accessing or using the Global Football Hope Fund ("GFHF") website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
GFHF provides a platform for football fans to register for free, submit match predictions, compete on leaderboards, and optionally make donations to support children's charities. Donations are voluntary and transparent.
When you register, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
All donations are voluntary and non-refundable unless required by applicable law. Donations are used to support children's charities (70%), prize pools (20%), and operational costs (10%) as publicly disclosed.

All content on the GFHF platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of GFHF or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
GFHF shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which GFHF operates.
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
